The staff here is super friendly and always ready to help with a big smile on their face. the double room had really comfy beds 🛏️, making our stay even better.

an electric kettle and glassware in my prestige queen suite were a very thoughtful addition. the breakfast had variety of outstanding options, and was excellent.

All in all our stay was nice, nothing too much trouble. The hotel was beautiful with a lot of spacious rooms. All the staff were service-minded, flexible. Location: the venue was close to Kościół Pokoju " Świdnica. It also was in a smaller area.

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted with the top-notch kitchen and the exquisite wellness area. the cooking was five-star quality, with the breakfast being particularly excellent. We also appreciated the varied menu with tasty homemade bread. the spa was a real treat, with L’Occitane cosmetics adding to the relaxation. the hotel's interior was charming, giving us the feeling of living in a castle. the staff at the reception and the restaurant were polite and service-minded, leaving us with a positive impression of the service.

There were a couple of small issues that could be improved upon. the staff in the spa area could have been more welcoming and polite.

There was a lack of attention by staff in the swimming pool area, which can affect the guest’s experience.
